My husband and I are waking up with bite marks on our backs. We have lived here for three years and never experienced bedbugs. Maintence had been coming in and out of everyone apartments doing restorations ever since they switched companies: laurel square is now Arden point, and bed bugs can travel on shies and your clothes. We been continually getting new neighbors. Also, anytime exterminators come into the building, I'm unsure of what they've exactly done. We've had problems before with mice. You can here them running through the walls. Our neighbors downstairs bangged on the walls to make them stop. They've come in our home to fill in cracks within our walls. We keep our apartment very clean. I'm unsure where they the bed bugs/mice are coming from and how they got here, but we are completely upset.

SYSTEM May 5, 2014 REFUSED RESOLUTION: The Landlord or Manager has REFUSED to resolve this complaint. The RPA has made beyond reasonable efforts to work with the Landlord / Manger to find a resolution to the complaint. Management has refused all reasonable measures to resolve this complaint. Due to the unwillingness from management , the RPA has no choice but to close this case with a negative disposition. Case Closed.

SYSTEM Oct 8, 2013 LANDLORD UNABLE: According to the response made by Donaldson group, management is not able to accept the tenant proposed resolution, nor are they able to offer an alternative. This case will be documented as Refused to Mediate.

SYSTEM Oct 8, 2013 LANDLORD EXPLANATION: The Landlord Donaldson group cannot accept the tenant's resolution nor provide an alternate resolution as per the statement provided: There is a section in the lease agreement explaining residents can be charged for extermination. Letters went to resident with treatment dates and how to prepare and notified resident if not prepared there would be a charge. Letter was sent October 1, 2013 for scheduled treatment on October 4, 2013. the resident was not prepared for treatment when the extermination company arrived and has charged the $150 non prep fee. We will not reimburse for RPA fee. We conduct weekly extermination checks on a rotation with 100 bulidings but we will come out for additional inspections at the residents request.
