Funds Policy

FEES
All fees collected are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. Complaint processing fees, and upgrades are non-refundable once payment has been accepted, regardless of the reason for cancellation or closure. Tenant Screening fees are non-refundable. Membership fees / registration fees are non refundable.

REFUND/CANCELATION
Any products and or services purchased will be deemed as non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Services can not be canceled once payment has been accepted unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING

Most product and/or services offered are delivered immediately via electronic format. Any tangible products will be shipped as stated.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
The RPA® offers several forms of payment including: Major Credit Cards, or Debit Cards. Checks may be accepted for Landlord Membership fees. Payment is due upon purchase of products/or services.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE            
The RPA® reserves the right to decline and refuse services to any individual, organization, or company for any reason at the discretion of the RPA®.
