I\\\'ve been living at my apartment since October 2016. The original owner sold the property to someone else and now we have a new owner. Over the course of the 8 years since I\\\'ve been living here we had two property managers. One is Brian and the new one is Roger Briley, he\\\'s been our new property manager since January 2024. Ever since Roger Briley has been our new property manager, he\\\'s been verbally abusive, threatening me with unlawful 30 day eviction notices. Conducts unprofessional behavior by trying to intimidate me to move out of my apartment. Tries to find any compliant said against me to justify why I need to move out. Continusously harassing me to move out via text whenever he can, creating emotional distress. He doesn\\\'t treat me fairly and tries to single me out while violations of other tenants are ignore. Intentionally ignores my compliants about other tenants, but is very aggressive with me when I get compliants. Improper conducts that are made up or exaggerated. Unprofessionally texting me saying that he will evict me, but there no lawful reason behind it. Reacts out of personal feelings. He blocked my number, so I cannot call him if there was an emergency on the property. I can never speak to him in a professional manner, without it esculating.Keeps harassing and threatening me, creating adverse conditions to encourage me to move out of my apartment. To increase the rent or to get a new tenant.
