When I moved in over three years ago I was told they would provide steps for the back exit. Every year they have had some sort of excuse for not doing it. The platform out the back door right now is a safety hazard. It has no railings or stairs. I have never missed paying my rent and I also went in and pretty much painted the whole interior, new hardware on the cabinets, new flooring in the bathroom, new light fixtures, etc.- not to mention actually cleaning the place as it wasn\'t cleaned before I moved in. I just feel that if you want to be a landlord you have to maintain your property. Now I have a big hole in the side of the house where the downed tree hit it and you have not done one thing about it in over six weeks when it occurred. The tree itself is still cut up and laying in the yard. I believe you promised your other tenants new steps also, but you always have some excuse for not doing anything. If you don\'t want the problems, sell the properties to someone else who will take care of them.
