COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The Leasing Manager charged me $407 for cleaning alone, along with several other unjustified charges. I vacated the 2-bedroom property and returned the keys since 06/25/2021, but rent and all utility bills was levied till 07/12/2021. Total unpaid charges levied = $1,027.37. my deposit of $450 was not refunded, rather I was forced to pay additional $577.37. Also, I was charged late fees $50 while awaiting leasing office move-out account statement.
