We told Chris and Amy our fear for our safety months ago concerning our neighbors Threatening our saftey, they approved us to put up security cameras and told us it would be best if we found somewhere else to live as they can\\\\\\\'t provide a safe or peaceful Home for us. My husband was hospitalized from the stress, He has progressive MS. Now they are trying to evict us over said security and we have secured a new place to live and they will not terminate the lease and refund our security deposits. They either want to evict us or sue us for breach on contract when they told us we need to find another place to live. We just want to get out of this place where chris and amy acknowledge on multiple occasions our health and safety concerns. Chris & Amy Have Decided to Trap us in the Unsafe home by Dismissing previous offer of Lease termination and Relocation Assistance in order to try and evict us or sue us for breach of the contract knowing we have been looking for a safe place to live for months since they told us that it would be best for us to leave and that they would terminate the lease agreement if we could find another place to live. We have been trying to work with them on this issue but they have decided to stop responding to us and start the formal eviction process. We have Obtained a New Home and my husband\\\\\\\'s Health is getting worse due to the added stress, a New Brain lesion has been found and we have to Leave this place regardless of the Landlord\\\\\\\'s Unwillingness to offer previous lease termination offers. They used our home security as a Excuse to try and evict us despite documented approval to add the Home security cameras out of concern for safety until we could move. We are reasonable people and just want to terminate the lease with our deposits back so we can live our lives in peace and not have to fear for our safety any longer and be able to get a full nights sleep, something we have not been able to do in the 7 months we have lived here.
