COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Rent has always been paid on time. On 10/28/2020 I was served papers by a civilian representing himself as a constable for my landlord. This notice was titled \"30 Day Notice to Quit to Terminate Tenancy\" which was not signed by a judge. There was no paperwork filed with the housing court and the 30 Day Notice was not signed by a judge. This was illegal. When the rent-to-own lease was signed effective March 1, 2015, the Landlord agreed to allocate $200 monthly of my rent to go toward the purchase of the house. This being the case, in my opinion, Deanne Duclos Cofsky essentially owes me $12,000. I have a signed letter dated 10/28/2020 by the landlord offering to sell me the house for $180,000. She has not agreed to my offer for that amount and has since increased the price which does not make sense. This was a breach of Agreement. I have received many emails from her realtor threating to evict me that if I do not sign the agreement, I will be evicted, which I interpret as harassment.
