COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

On April 29th 3 days before I was supposed to be moved out of my apartment, maintenance came into my locked apartment and threw my belongings into the trash. Park west admitted fault and took and my inventory list of things that were in my apartment when they unlawfully entered. It has now been 22 days since that occurred and Andrea Smith the regional manger has no updates on what Park west will do to resolve the issue. She will not give me Park West insurance information so I can file a claim or her mangers phone number. Among the items that were thrown away by park west was my recently deceased mothers jewelry box, her last letter to me just before she passed and other letters she had written, her clothes and shoes, my wife\'s quilt that her grandmother who got it from her grandmother who hand snitched it, a college diploma, a vehicle title, deed to a house and many other sentimental items from my mother and my wife\'s family that cannot be replaced because Park West threw them all in the trash and made no attempt to stop the trash from being emptied, or find the items before the garbage truck arrived to empty the bins that our belongings were in.
