COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I moved in 2018.It was in the end of November.Elizabeth the property owner gave me permission to pay rent weekly.I have paid weekly since November.The land owner has always known.i paid weekly.She has never raised issues with this.Then last week.I got notice that i was being evicted because not paying rent.For the past 4 months me paying weekly hasn\'t been a problem.Yet now it is Also property manager says my child have been to loud.This isnt true.My children go to school and have bed times.And if anything im being harassed by my neighbors.My elderly mother stayed with me until her apartment was ready.Her and my daughter was laying in bed talking.And the lady under me started pounding on the walls.The women under me would have men in at all hours of the night having sex.And my teenager with autism would hear it.We complained to the office manager and nothing was done. My neighbors can lit was off her trash can was off her can.She automatically assumed my children did.She threatened to call the police on my children.I complained to the office yet my nothing was done. I have witnesses to all of this which includes my mother who lives in another apartment on the property.
