COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Our hot water heater that also provides heat to the unit developed a major leak on 1/2/2019 and still hasn\'t been repaired even though multiple quotes from two plumbers have been supplied to the landlord. Our carpets also go wet and are starting to smell really bad.
