Everyday there would be loud noise through out every apartment because of the poor building. I never complain because I know it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s an apartment.but when my dog be barking loud at night he is an emotional dog and he does kind of bark at bit. My upstairs tenant will come down and complain and we apologize he also told her can she walk or gently that will help the dog not bark because of the noise the dog bark she told us know she is just walking so. So I told her that it was only a dog and she told me I need to be quiet and shut up and listen to her so I went off and I told her you not go to anyone\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s house and tell them to listen to you or demand them for anything they are at you property. I did not come to her house. So we both got into a confrontation. Next morning I called the office and I text the office complaining to him telling him to tell her not to come to my house and demanding you to listen or shut up. He then called me the next morning and told me that he has a recording of her recording me or see recording me I don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t know of me yelling at her he also said he recorded me and my husband arguing inside our house. And he threatened me that if I ever go out past 10 at night looking for my dog that is my emotional dog that\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s running loose and looking for him again and yelling his name I would be in big trouble with him cause he\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s watching n listening to me. I then got police report on being recorded illegally without me knowing in my apartment. When he found out that I reported him he went and got an eviction court notice for me for dog barking and threaten to other tenant. I found a very unfair because no matter who makes any noise we never complain because we live in an apartment that is a normal thing next is he said have a notice of complaint to us letting us know we were loud . We never knew we were that loud because we were inside our apartment in our privacy of our own place. I have asked every other neighbor next door next to the lady at stair and every other apartment around me if I was making any noise thats bothering them they told me no and they are willing to help me sign any papers on that behalf. Only reason why he is trying Evicted me cause I reported him n the lady upstairs for recording me. Now I found out that the lady Upstair has a recording at her window on top of my window . It can hear everything we say or doing if intimacy in my apartment. I fill like I don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t have any privacy in my own home .
