COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

An alcoholic man lived in the apartment above us. He was drunk most all the time. (We assume he didn\\\'t live in the cleanest and healthiest of environments). He fell asleep on the couch while smoking and the couch caught fire. He died later that night. When the landlord\\\'s carpenter started tearing out the inside of the apartment in order to remodel, we started having these problems.
