COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I had unlawfully been given notice of termination as it was not delivered in one of the three different ways its required to be by oregon state law. I find it as a void notice. Also I feel discriminated against since having become reciepiant of state assistance (TANAF ) , assistance from HUD in the form of full rent amount being paid with section 8 voucher and my being a single mother. I\\\\\\\'ve endured what I feel like as unjustified treatment and have been in a constant state of stress effecting the well being of my family. I was always very thankful to Laura getting into this rental and have even had open personal conversations where my expressed insecurities used against me. We both have had dealings that had for the most part forgiving on bothsides until I had lost my job.
