COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter) |
On March 14, 2017 I signed a contract to lease a home at 194 White Marsh Lane, Rotonda W. FL. 33947 for the months of Jan. Feb. and March of 2018. The contract states that. If notified before 90 days a full refund of the deposit will be given. We notified the home manager/realtor by phone, email and certified letter before 90 days that we would not be renting the house. We still have not received our deposit.
