I have daughter on drugs, very troubled. 5 children and custody of none. Used to let her visit children at my apt. I got several complaints via former mgr, Patti about how my daughter made neighbors nervous due to her behavior. She was told she could not live with me by Patti. My daughter\'s behavior escalated to worse. I filed an Ex Parte Order of Protection on Sept 27, 2017. I shared this information with the on sight mgr, Bridget, so she could know my daughter should not be seen anywhere at the apartments. I had a court date on Oct 16, 2017 which made this a Final Order of Protection in effect until 10/16/2020. Due to a prior incident where my daughter hit me in the face with a coke bottle (which is documented with pics at the Benton PD) I feared that once the Order of Protection was filed, my daughter might retaliate by vandalizing my car, etc. She had threatened to break out all my windows and burn my house down, kill me, etc. An opportunity arose for me to get a small rent house. I went into the office on the 16th after court and showed my documents to Bridget. She said I would need to speak to \"Miss Connie\" but felt Connie would be sympathetic. I called Connie Smith at Castle Properties outlining my situation. I simply wanted to be released ONE MONTH early from my lease, fearing retaliation from my daughter. She was unyielding & not receptive nor sympathetic to my fears and concerns. She knew I was moving and so did Bridget. She sent me a vindictive bill charging me for ridiculous items. i.e. $10 - black mark on bedroom wall (after 23 1/2 mos all of us know they will paint the apt); $20 dirty bathroom wall (I was by few days after moving out & the cabinets were ripped out of bathrooms for remodeling); $40 drip pan replacement; $30 trash removal (not true); $50 oven filthy; $20 1 day rent (a friend and I worked late getting everything out last day of month-another not true). After 23 1/2 months ALL of this would have been replaced for new tenant. I left baking soda in top & bottom of cleaned fridge. No mention of that. Carpet in decent condition. I don\'t let grandchildren eat messy foods on carpet. I now feel safe, which is what this was all about. Nor do i fear a traumatic confrontation with grandchildren there. I can definitely provide documentation. Is big business so unyielding they cannot be concerned with someone\'s well being? My health has also been seriously effected by the years of this situation.
