Landlord just text me that she will be up to how I received my mail. Landlord also stated that she is all about modification. I don\'t know what the landlord is talking about because there are still no motion lights that work back here. Please look at 5 he pics in black. Landlord is continuing to harassed me. |

I really do not understand what her problem. The landlord has stated she will put my mail and packages on the back steps. I don\'t know what the landlord is talking about. But the problem is this. Isn\'t it against the law to tamper someone\'s mail. Landlord has been putting my on the backs steps as she has been doing since a moved here on oct 18, 2009. Then ever since I asked to turn on the motion lights and that can I put a motion light up, she has been harassing me. As I stated the landed is making me very uncomfortable and I don\'t know why. |

Here is another package that was delivered on oct 16, at 11:23pm. Just like the other package, the landlord has been withholding my mail.the Landlord just told me that this package came today oct 23, 2017 which I have the proof that this was delivered on Oct 16 The landlord is continuing to harassing me |

Just like the other package, the landlord has been withholding my mail.the Landlord just told me that this package came today oct 23, 2017 which I have the proof that this was delivered on Oct 10. This is the comment that she text me.I had no knowledge that the landlord was keeping my mail an packages away from me. She pretty much said that if I didn\'t put up my packages from her porch she was going to throw them away like she did the other ones. She is continuing on harrassing me for no reason. I have another appt with my dr, regarding my up coming surgery . As you can see, I did not reply to her. Don\'t know watch person I am dealing with. Her mental issues are making me very uncomfortable. |

Two weeks ago I missed a step and fell on the patio steps going which was dark. I damaged both of my knee replacement. I will have to have revised surgery on both knees. I will also be having internal surgery. I am permanently disabled and I need my cousin to help me. When I asked my landlord if I can have a motion light around here in the back of the house where I have to come in and out, she said no. Not even 5 mins after that she sends me a notice of eviction. Under the ADA law, I have the right to have someone to stay with me without that person being on the lease. Under the ADA law, it\'s against the law to evict a disabled person just because they ask for reasonsable moderations. I feel very uncomfortable. She has threatened me. And told me that if I am not moved out of the apt by oct 31 she will turn off the power. My dr had wrote a letter stating that I am in no condition to move at this time due to upcoming surgery. I have the EMS notes that states, that when they came on her property, all motions lights were off and they had to use their flash light. I have a witness that said my landlord was standing outside and she refused to put the lights on. It was pitch black. My landlord told me to use the flashlight on my phone if I need more lights, which I did and missed a step and fell. I feel very uncomfortable. I just don\'t know why my landlord is retaliating against me just because I asked if I can get someone to put up a motion light. I always paid my rent on time. I don\'t bother nobody. I used to take care of her dog. Cause she leaves her dog outside in the cold, raining, hot, weather. So it\'s sad that my landlord is harrassing me like she is. She refused to do any repairs that I have asked. Hold my mail and packages whenever she feels like it. I would receive confirmation of a package that states the package was delivered. And she will tell me I don\'t have any packages. She doesn\'t give me all of my mail. She is or trying to get in my personal business. |
