COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We are 2 clean females renting a 2 bedroom apartment with no previous bed bug problems. We noticed bites, found bugs and immediately informed management. They gave us the name of their pest control (Cross Pet Control). When we called Cross, they were adamant that they do not treat bed bugs. I then called back management to let them know, in which they replied they have another pest control they will be using. That night we recieved a letter on our door that notified us of an inspection with Cross Pest Control. When I called management again for a little more information, they informed us that they are directing the blame on us individually. Saying that 8 other apartments would be inspected and we would financially be held responsible for all costs of all apartments, including inspection and treatment. They could not provide further information on how much it would cost or an explanation as to why we would solely be at fault.
