6 months into a 12 months lease. Provided 60+ day notice to vacate based on unhealthy noise disturbances The following complaints are on record in my tenant file or otherwise noted by Theresa Cooper, the Leasing Manager Letter of unhealthy noise complaint dated 3/18/16 Letter of unhealthy noise complaint dated 4/16/16 Letter of unhealthy noise complaint dated 4/22/16 In depth verbal complaint of unhealthy noise conditions 5/6/16 (police involved) In depth verbal complaint of unhealthy noise conditions 8/6/16 (neighbor served as witness) All events above were directly reported to the Leasing Manager who in my opinion did not take the situations seriously and did not response in an assertive way to remedy the situation so that it was not repeated. The noise disturbances included parties, domestic disturbances, and the neighbors harassing me at my door at 3:00am, using profanity and making ranting threats outside the door. The Leasing Manager continued to send warning letters that tenants (some illegally residing in the apartment) continued to escalate their behavior each time they received a warning letter.
