I\'ve been renting this place for almost over three years. New lanlords took over two weeks ago. Susan ( the new owner) raised my rent by 400.00 per month without giving me a 30 days notice. On top of that there was a verbal agreement between the buyer and the seller to keep me on lomg term. . Which the buyer didn\'t honor it. Overall, this now becoming vacation rental and I am afraid customers will be ripped off just like I did. The previous owner will testify on my behalf.
