COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Upon moving into the apartment the carpet was dirty having not been cleaned before our move in, pests have been biting me and my toddler son, I was told management would send someone to diagnose the situation but no exterminator was hired, repair man Randy for the complex was the only person to \\\\\\\"handle\\\\\\\" the issue by spraying copious amounts of poison around the apartment floors that pooled and I have a toddler who puts everything in his mouth and crawls around the apartment. Nothing else was done by management and I informed them that we were still getting bites after their procedure.
