Our unit 1113 B had got burglarized on 12/21/2014 and nobody saw anything. They stole a 60inch tv and jewelry, they went thru important documents outside in the walkway, and stairs, still nobody saw or heard anything. The front door was kicked in, and the alarm was disconnected like it was an inside job. We had put multiple orders to get the door fixed and alarm fixed, we just got ignored from management. We sent letters and made phone calls to the front office and got nowhere. So we had no choice but to move out, since our unit was unsafe, and we could not lock the front door. So now renaissance villas sent us to collections saying we owe them monies.
