The temperature in my apartment fluctuates from 60 to 85 multiple times on any given day. My family is sick every other week. I'm pretty sure this is because my upstairs neighbors control my heat because when I have asked them to be quiet the heat has turned up to almost 90 immediately after them giving me a rude response. Every weekend when they are home my heat is off for 12 hours at a time. I don't even know who lives upstairs from me because there are at least 6 people there every night when supposedly only 2 men live upstairs. They have parties almost every single night, there are people in & out of my building until 5 or 6 am until they all finally pass out drunk. They play their electric guitar plugged into amps starting past midnight. I have had to call the police on them because me & my 2 year old are constantly being woken up or kept awake. My landlord has told me not to bother his tenants by calling the police on them & that the real noise problem is my 2 year old WALKING. I don't know what to do. I almost think the people upstairs are selling drugs because of the constant heavy foot traffic that takes place all night every night. Please help.
