COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I moved out of my previous residence on July 19, 2014. Upon advance notice to my previous landlord I had asked that cost associated with my painting of the apartment be taken out of my $550 deposit. My landlord agreed and indicated I should still be in receipt of a good portion of my deposit back. On July 19 I notified my landlord I was ready for my walk through as stated in my lease and was told a walk through would not be necessary. A month later I inquired about receipt of my deposit and was told I would not be in receipt of any additional funds and that I owed funds and was threatened with legal action. Upon looking into my lease further I noted I was to have been supplied an itemized list of any additional expenses and a walk through. Per my lease no additional funds were do though I was asked for additional funds totaling $122. I sent a snail response asking for clarification of the discrepancy and did not receive a reply. Please not the supporting documentation. Thank you.
