COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I was confronted by residents daughter, boyfriend, and female friend with the residents daughter threatening to cause bodily harm to me in the presence of my child. The daughter lives in apartment 203, and as of 10/19 was not a leasing resident. The incident occurred on 10/19 at 6:00pm. The daughter admitted to the Property Manager, Thomas Roberson, that she did indeed place her hands on me and the Property Manager ended up giving me a warning about yelling in the hallway and if caught violating the warning, I would be evicted. I have never caused any problems with any resident and I always pay my rent in advance. I sent the property manager an email stating how I don't feel safe in my apartment nor do I feel safe about my child playing outside while the residents children are outside wanting to pick a fight with my son. This non resident as of 10/19, has been confrontational on two other occasions on 10/13 and 10/16 and I have ignored the issues hoping she would stop. I have also addressed my concerns to the property manager and now that I am standing up for my self threatening to take legal action, I am at risk of getting evicted, which I believe is retaliation because I was only standing up for my self and protecting my child and the Property Manager is disregarding my safety concerns and ignoring the fact that this non-resident is bullying me and my family.
