COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Complex was immediately notified of presence of bed bugs and held me responsible secondary to recent travel. However my professional exterminator believes the problem to be coming from an adjacent apartment. I have repeatedly tried to contact the office and my communication attempts go unanswered. The bed bugs again have returned (because they are coming from somewhere else) and I have again had to pay an exterminator and launder all of my belongings. I will attach a detailed description of the problem and all contacts I have made.
