Failure to disclose and exterminate known bug infestation prior to inhabitance within reasonable time frame- Infrequent extermination dates- Documented Evidence Breach of contract; entering premises without prior consent and reasonable advanced notice- Voicemail proclaiming unlawful entry- Documented Evidence Misconduct; adding provisions to leasing agreement in attempt to absolve liability- Operating in bad faith in knowledge of likelihood of future infestation from neighboring unit- Breach of Contract- Disregard for Indiana Codes for Landlord liability of residential habitability- Misconduct; releasing dangerous chemicals in neighboring vacant apartment without regard to present inhabitants, subsequently causing aggravated respiratory and immune response resulting in multiple E.R visits for dangerous upper respiratory infections- Documented Evidence Misconduct; releasing dangerous chemicals in neighboring vacant apartment without regard to inhabitants, subsequently causing environmental toxin-induced seizures in beloved tenant's pet- Documented Evidence
