I would like to file a complaint because I got forced to pay 500 to get rid of the bugs out of my apartment or I had to vacate. My apartment already got bombed twice. I haven't slept in my home in a month. Two days after the bombing I sleep at home still waking up with multiple bites. I was told I have to bring in a live bug for them to treat again. they will not be at my apartment until the 22nd to check for bugs. I was told i have until the 26th to bring a bug in for my 500 to cover another treatment and that if I find any other bugs after that day they will charge me another 500 or I'll have to vacate. I've did my homework on the apartments I live at and, according to yelp, they have a history of bedbugs, roaches and carpet beetles. I also spoke to the neighbors and they told me the girl who use to live in my apartment had bedbug problems twice while she was living there. I spoke to the office about it, stating that it's not fare for me to get charged knowing it's the apartments fault and not mine, obviously with the history. The front desk told me "well you shouldn't have moved in." ... Please Help by Case. Sincerely Bed Bug and Beetle buffet
