About a month ago, I found and killed a couple of bed bugs in my bedroom. In fact, I still have the dead bodies of them. I reported to the super (Edwin) and he managed to bring an infest company (not a bed bugs specialized company). The infest company confirmed the dead bodies are actually bed bugs. Edwin said it probably came from upper floor. We washed and run dryers for all clothing and bed covers and wrapped and sealed them in plastic bags. Despite all of my efforts and the treatment of the infest company, I have got dozens of bites in a week. It is getting worse, not any better. Now it is difficult to tolerate. I am afraid of getting in bed. I reported to the super again but he told me it is now all spreading out the entire apartment but he has no authority to bring the bed bug removal company. That is why I officially file my complaint. I really hope you to call a bed bug removal company and solve this problem to provide a safe livable unit for me.
