Mailed certified letter requesting deposit refund August 19, 2014. Vacated property June 27, 2014 and provided forwarding address July 1, 2014. We never received any correspondence regarding our deposit and then we got a call from a collection agency claiming we owe money. We spoke to an agent at Dona Ana properties after they received our letter, they claimed the address we provided was wrong and said they would mail as letter that day. Once again we never received any letter. However the collection agency got the correct address and continues to harass us based on the false claim.
