They did not inform us that Jeanne was having a problem until August 30, 2014 and at the same time informed us they were moving by September 30, 2014. Obviously, they had leased another place before we were even aware of her being unhappy with our apartment. On another issue, your record of notification is in error. You mailed us the only notification on Sept. 30, 2014 and we received it today, Oct.2,2014. We propose that the Richardsons forfeit the entire $650.00 security deposit and we will write off the other money they owe us. They will no longer have any claim whatsoever to the apartment at 14 Moulton Ave. Cuyahoga Falls, 44221.

Explanation: They have moved out and we are seeking a new Tenant as of today Oct. 2, 2014.
