He has send a petition that my Downstairs tenant has problem with my children walking around in the house. She bangs and slams doors whenever my children walk around. The first day we moved and were shifting boxes she complained to landlord . The very next day he said that he would want to leave the house. He made am mistake of giving house to people with children. He treats us unfairly . When we have complains about our down stairs tenant he says he would not listen to anything against her as she has been for a long time. He has not given us any other address though he doesnot live here. When he comes here he sits in her house all the time. Eating in her kitchen even she is not there. This has affected us as he treats her like a queen and is not ready to listen to our problems. She screams at our kids and even rings our door bells at odd house slamming the doors.
