COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I found out that I had bed bugs due to some neighbors saying they think they have them. That same day I found some I told my neighbors I found some in my boys rooms. That same day I called the office left a message then I saw her drive by. I told her that I had them and to add me to the list. The next day an inspector came in said yes you do have them. I ended up getting rid of a bed due to it. Today I get a paper stating that I have to pay $272 two times to get rid of them and if I dont I get evicted. I feel I should not have to pay this. One day she said there are 4 other people on this so called list that have them. One of the four how ever did not have them but she has the signs of the bites and will not do anything with her apartment.

Renter Aug 11, 2014 75.185.33.169 1.Management has not let anyone else know of the issue that is at hand. They have told new people that are looking to move in that no one has the issue. She is willing to lie to people just so they move in when my house is still infested with them in my kids rooms. I personal told all the people around my apartment that I have them and I am trying to keep things cleaned and doing everything I can to get rid of them.
