On 21 2014, I found bugs on my bed in my apartment. And, the following day as I was leaving my apartment I saw my next door neighbor with her nurse/Caregiver. I disgusted the matter with the nurse and learned that my neighbor had been bitten by bedbug about her body and that the building had a bedbug problem. I also learned that the property manager Richard Damiano was aware of this problem, because my neighbor said a week earlier he went to her apartment and sprayed, to rid the apartment of the bugs. I was never informed of the problem by the condo association property manager or any of my neighbor, as we talked. I tried to speak with the property manger Richard, but he shifted the blame and became hostile and belligerent. The conversation became heated so I told him I'll just call the health department for help. The bedbugs I found inside my apartment, in my bedroom, I placed them inside of a plastic bag as proof/evidence.
