There is a bed bug problem in my building. Tenants are having huge problems in there apartments. Ive had them before and the idea of them being in the same building with me again is stressing me out. I cant sleep at night. I cant enjoy the comfort of my own home. Called office asked them to put me on the list for extermination and they said okay. Next day comes and exterminator was present in the building but never rang my bell for my apartment to be sprayed. I called more people and they all say im sorry there is nothing i can do about it, you will have to wait. I asked why exterminator couldnt see me apartment and one lady told me that there was some other emergency they had to tend to ( like this isnt an emergency) and then i called the health department of wallington and i was told the tenants apartment with bed bugs couldnt be sprayed because she wasnt ready for extermination meaning (her words) there should of been enough time for them to spray yours. Then the conversation was followed by you will have to wait for someone to call me to talk about this matter. Which ive read in reviews that the office for this property does a horrible job about calling back tenants. I just moved in two weeks ago, bought brand NEW furniture!! If bed bugs enter my apartment i need to by everything new again and which i will have to pay for so i dont want it to come to this.
