When I moved in there was a hole in the bedroom wall and you could see daylight. It took them 6 months to fix it. They are under new management now and keep saying they will make things better and fix it right away. One month after I reported the hole in the wall and multiple phone calls later they come and put silicone over it stating they need a permit to fix it properly. Mold had grown on the wall which they deny. Next water leaks from ceiling from tenant above me they keep making excuses and do not fix the problem. My stove oven door has been broke for 4 weeks they say I will get a new one but its still not here. The fan went out in the bathroom, still not fixed.
