Have lived in this unit for two years come July. Have never had a problem ever with bed bugs. I have a strong suspicion that other units are involved.I am creating a paper trail before confronting landlord in case I am told that I am responsible for treatment.

Renter May 9, 2014 71.170.217.85 1.Dishwasher and disposal were clogged up and unable to use since May !st 2014. Landlord has specified that maintenance cannot enter premises because of fear of infestation of entire apt. complex. To my knowledge my apt. was infested from next door apt. It will be next week before they will be able to enter when that get ok from exterminator that the apt. is bedbug free. This is unacceptable due to not being able to use kitchen. I see they have not responded to your inquiries. I have been told I may have to pay for treatmentment upon their investigation. Joyce is who I have been dealing with the bedbug situation. Was told by other personnel that it may be that I put something in disposal or dishwasher to cause the clog up that has happened three times since our move in two years ago!!
