I am currently in a home being managed by a rental company. The owners have put the home on the market without giving me any advance notice that I would need to relocate. The property management company is acting as the relator and have been harrasing my in any way possible to get out of the home. The propery manager has been unethical, unprofessional, and unwilling to work towards any form of compromise. Following the 30 day notice I was given a 10 day notice for nonexistant lease violations. The property manager has entered the property without notice, I have recieved threatening phone calls from staff in the office after buisness hours threatening to cause damage and charge me for it and I have had people show up for home showings without any formal notice.
