i answered add for a seasonal rental in venice, fl. i sent a deposit. of $2150. on 11/18/2013.no contract was ever signed. in the meantime i had serious health issues. i called diane and told here immediately to cancel.
she said no problem it was earlier enough she would send my deposit back. she did not and cashed my check.
i have tried several times with calls and in writing to connect with her. she is not returning my calls or responding in any way.
