I have a copy of every cashed check made by Penny Thorne including the check given to her for the security deposit. This 750 dollars has not been returned to me. She will not return any of my phone calls or texts. I am looking to get back my security deposit and now want her to reimburse any fees due to me having to file a complaint to get my security deposit back. The apartment was left in better condition than when we first moved in. There is no reason for us to not get our money back.
