In January a pipe in hallway burst I stopped to get some things so I can go back to work and my apartment was flooded with water. Around the 23 of January I went home and didn't think the heat was working ,so when I was at the apartment on that sun I called the landlord and asked him if the furnace was working he said, "how would I know I'm not there I'm home relaxing it's Sunday, the furnace man won't be in until tomorrow I'll call him then. I received my electric bill and due to the electric heater the landlord has plugged in ,in the hallway my bill went from 22.00 to little over 76.00 and we still have at least one more month of extra charges for the electric bill.
