I have been in this apartment for the last 3 years and always paid my bill on time,unfortunately I receive warning mail on my door every month for the bill I already paid because the manager(Lisa) failed to updated her system.She is a horrible customer service I have ever known . This happens not only once or twice, it happens three consecutive months. I asked her to give me her manager's contact number but she disrespectfully declined to give her manager's number.I decided to move out and gave her one month notice over the phone and she told me to put it in written notice and I put it in mailbox since my working hours is Mon-Fri and unable to get her in office. She threw the notice away and said she didn't get the notice and told me to pay for the next month rent for which I am not going to live in apartment.Again I,asked her for her manager contact phone so that I can talk to the manager and resolve the issue. But she disrespectfully denied even talking to me and told me to get out of her office in a very disrespectfully way .I have all evidence that she is not really working her job properly. I have all the warning letter and witness.She knows that and that's why she is not willing to give her managers contact number.
