I called 10/16/2013 to file a complaint about a bed bug infestation and was immediately attacked verbally by a landlord, was threatened with eviction before I even had a chance to finish asking questions and establishing basic information. She was very hostile, rude and inappropriate at addressing said complaint.
I would appreciate it if this matter was taken care of promptly and professionally. Thank you!
