I have rented apartment for nearly nine years with no problems with rent or bedbugs. I believe the cost of extermination of bed bugs should be the landlords responsibility. I also believe the rent payment sent out for April 2013 ten days before the 1st of the month, twelve days with grace period; May 2013 sent out five days before the 1st of the month, seven days with grace period; August 2013 sent out six days before the 1st of the month, eight days with grace period, should have been ample time for rent to arrive in time. I do not understand nor have I ever heard of your charge for a maintenance fee. I believe that this inflated past due bill is your way of trying to force me out of the apartment so you may rent to someone else for a higher rent.

Renter Nov 3, 2013 69.66.161.195 1.On October 29, 2013 I was informed that Preferred Property Management will no longer be the property management company for my apartment. Effective November 1st 2013, Eagle Property Management will manage my apartment. Apparently the owners of the property was just as displeased as the tenants were with PPM. PPM did little to nothing and their answer to things were not to respond as this case shows.
