I have rented apartment for nearly nine years with no problems with rent or bedbugs. I believe the cost of extermination of bed bugs should be the landlords responsibility. I also believe the rent payment sent out for April 2013 ten days before the 1st of the month, twelve days with grace period; May 2013 sent out five days before the 1st of the month, seven days with grace period; August 2013 sent out six days before the 1st of the month, eight days with grace period, should have been ample time for rent to arrive in time. I do not understand nor have I ever heard of your charge for a maintenance fee. I believe that this inflated past due bill is your way of trying to force me out of the apartment so you may rent to someone else for a higher rent. |
