COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We had a case of bed bugs, unsure how we got them. Bites started early June.. Landlord tried 3-4 different exterminations and none worked. I was able to work something out with landlord to get released early from agreement but landlord wanted me to pay rent for July 2013 which I believe should be waived because of the bed bug problem I was unable to sleep at home. I also got a new apartment with a deposit, i lost a 11 month old sectional couch, and a new $200 mattress. Also made trips to a doctor, dermatologist, and had to find places to stay for the month of July some nights resulting in sleeping in my vehicle.
