the front door was caught in the wind and hail storm. IT broke off and I call several times that it was in the side yard as well as the gutter. They would not come over there and fix it. The door finally got takes. The gutter was final fixed after several calls and water started coming in the upstairs bedroom and down the window. The garbage was picked up by the city not the management company. The garbage was in the alley outside the gate.Also the people next door moved the same time and they put theirs there also. I do have neighbors who will give statement to that effect. The fence was like that when I moved in. I mowed the grass when I left. The picture of the grass was a old picture because I did not have the vines growing up the side and those are not my chairs on the porch.Also the door was on so that can not be a recent picture. The door is still not on and people are living there. I am not required to mow after I moved. The picture holes was putty up before I left. I did improve the property with new hardware sets in the kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Paint is normal wear and tear. I was there a year and a half. I feel I deserve my deposit back. they never gave me the opition of fixing anything as is required by law when they did the walk thru when I left. I am giving them the opition to do the right thing and returning my deposit or I will take it on to the small claims court. Any questions feel free to call. Thanking you in advance for your time.
