Aron King has several mugshots on the Internet. One of them was for burgulary. Aron was not very nice to me and after I saw those charges, I did not feel comfortable living there. I found out from the leasing agent that Southwood Realty did not conduct a background check on him because of his alliance with Judy the regional manager. I used to live there last year in 2012 and when I found out about his criminal background, I immediately vacated the property because I did not feel safe and Aron King was not a nice person. A repeat offender could do anything to me. Also, on April 29th, 2013 Judy released information to Arbor Terrace apartments at 1 Rocky ridge blvd in douglasville georgia that was false. A leasing agent by the name of Micah informed me that Judy sent a rental verification form indicating that I was a current tenant and she even went on the explain to them that I just walked away from my lease. She has no right to provide false information that is preventing me from moving forward with my life. She also should not go into detail as to why I left.
