Due to a water line break, which resulted in a major flood, the floorboard of the cupboard under the kitchen sink has rotted through, and is no longer usable. Office staff as well as maintenance personnel were made aware of this issue on September 3rd, 2012. Since this date I have submitted two written requests, requested repair in person at the front office twice, have made at least seven phone calls regarding this issue. At my most recent visit to the office, I was told "They are waiting on approval for funding to repair." I was told I would be informed every step of the way. I have not heard anything in over two weeks from the date I was told I would be contacted.
