afer verbal request for repairs fail, put request in writing, landlord didn't fix, raised my rent $300.00
It took you over 3 weeks to fix the hole in the kitchen floor, and the leaky water faucet.
It took you over a year to fix the hole in the front porch.
It took you over a year to put in a new front door even though cold air and dirt was coming into the trailer. The new door isn't hung properly because cold air and dirt still comes into the trailer. I got weather stripping for the door, but it didn't resolve the problem. I informed you 11-17-2012 (verily with a witness) that I still have the problem. You came over and looked at the door and heater 12-4-2012 and stated what needed to be done to repair, but you didn't fix fix anything.
