I gave Mrs. Villere my 30 day notice to move out via certified mail on 11/1/12. She taped a 5 day notice to vacate to my door after she received my notice along with a letter stating that she had my SSN and license number and would take me to court if I didnt vacate within 5 days. This letter is dated 11/10/12. On 11/12/12 I went home for lunch and noticed I did not have power. I went to the power company and asked them why my power was turned off when I had asked them to turn it off on 11/30/12. Lacey at the power company told me that someone had called that morning giving my SSN and requested the power be turned off immediately. When I provided my SSN to Ms. Villere with the lease, it was for a background check only and NOT to use it for her own benifet. This seems to me to be a form of identity theft.
