I have never in 30 years of renting been hit with such an exhorbitant move out cleaning fee: $.1592.08 for a one bedroom apartment. I was there for 5 years and yes my animals destroyed the carpet but I cant believe it cost 992.08 to carpet 2 rooms with that cheap carpet. They did no damage to the vinly floor either but I was charged 435 to replace it as well. this is crazy!
